William E. Gregory of Flushing, age 81, died Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Avalon Hospice. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Rossell Funeral Home, Pastor Eddie Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Wednesday. A Masonic Memorial Service by the Morning Star Lodge will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Bill was born in Wayne County, Missouri on July 1, 1931, the son of William and Esther (Gribler) Gregory. He married Frances L. Poe in Hernando, Mississippi on May 23, 1953.

Bill was a G.M. retiree. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a life member of the Morning Star Lodge #556, F. & A.M.

Bill is survived by: his wife, Frances; three children, Terry and wife Cathy Gregory of Fort Myers, FL, Teresa and husband William Alexander and Douglas and wife Rebekah Gregory, all of Flushing; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren with one more expected; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
